Conservation Optimism, UK, has just published a piece sharing our journey towards sustainable practices and well being, and how we have witnessed biodiversity come back

🌱 From barren to bountiful 🌿🔗 Dive into the full story: https://conservationoptimism.org/seeds-of-change/

Just a few years ago, the land that is now the JOI Anitya Project was dry, eroded, and lifeless. Today, it’s a thriving ecosystem, a sustainability campus, and a space for human and ecological healing.

Led by community hands and guided by regenerative practices, this transformation is a powerful reminder that hope grows here—one tree, one drop of rain, and one child’s smile at a time.

✨ Over 400 volunteers
🌳 Native trees planted to attract Pollinators
💧 Revived aquifers & restored water catchments
🐦 Wildlife returning—sunbirds, civets, lorises & more
🧘‍♀️ Nature-based wellbeing through yoga & mindfulness
📚 Education & empowerment for local children

This is what conservation with community at the heart looks like. 💚
This is what #ConservationOptimism means.
